Project Manager

Andrea ‘Andee’ Myatt has been with The Klein Company since 2006, and is currently serving as the Project Manager overseeing Oasis, an 81- unit condominium project and Dwell, an adjacent 219 unit apartment community; both located in Maitland, Florida.

Andee has over ten years experience in the management and sale of residential real estate. Prior to joining The Klein Company, Andee worked as the Operations Manager for The Bainbridge Companies, and as a Property Manager for Trammell Crow Residential Services.

Andee is a Certified Apartment Manager, through the National Apartment Association and holds a Community Association Manager’s License. She is an active member of the Condo Resource Alliance and the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.
